HABITAT DESIGN VISITS
On-site habitat consultations are our most popular and preferred service. They are an opportunity for Nick to meet the clients, experience the property first-hand, and provide a personalized habitat design to the client. Walking the property with the client allows for the most detailed and comprehensive habitat design possible. Depending on the size of the property, visits can range from a minimum of one day to multiple days. Nick will scout the property extensively with the client and any hunters that use the property. In addition to walking the property, he uses aerial maps, topography maps, and drone footage to get the most complete and accurate information possible. At the end of the visit, Nick will create the personalized habitat design, discuss it in detail, and provide a digital copy of the habitat plan to the client. All of Nick’s designs are unique to each property and will provide the client with a personalized plan to harvest mature whitetails.
COMPLETE HABITAT INSTALL
In 2024 we will be booking a limited number of “complete” habitat install packages. These packages include the on-site property visit, habitat design, and execution of the plan by Nick and other members of the team. This service will include the creation of bedding areas, food plots, water sources, tree stand access, and so much more! Complete habitat install packages will be quoted on an individual property basis.
SITE WORK
We also offer site work that include any projects on your hunting property. Food plots, mock scrapes, water holes, bedding areas, hanging tree stands, etc. Habitat site work will be quoted on an individual property basis.

PRICING
Our habitat services are available nationwide. If extensive travel is required a reduced fee will be applied for additional days. Properties in excess of 100-150 acres may require and additional day depending on property features and terrain.
